Jurisdictional Disputes
9.01
The employer recognizes the craft jurisdiction of the Local Union as specified in the Constitution and Laws of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 579 to the same extent as the craft jurisdiction of other building trades unions is recognized.
9.02
In the event any jurisdiction dispute should arise between the Union regarding work covered by the scope of this Collective Agreement, it shall be settled without stoppage of work based upon local area practice.
